Shri Raj Kumar Ladia is the Chairman of Shree Radhe Industries.He is an engineer from BIT Mesra and has 35 years of rich experience in the management and operations of Power Insulator companies. He was with Aditya Birla Insulators for 20 years. As Sr. Vice President in ABI he was Unit Head, heading Operations and Administration. He was with Modern Insulators, Abu Road for 13 years as Executive Director responsible for Operations, Marketing and P&L of the company. He was also with IEC, Bhopal for a short span as CEO. During his tenure at Modern Insulators because of his dynamic leadership abilities, he has bagged prestigious Capexil award which is highest export award in a row for 4 years. He is the founder of KTHL & Shree Radhe Industries. KTHL is a power transmission line hardware manufacturing unit having successful operations in more than 17 states across India.

Vishal Ladia is the Director of Shree Radhe Industries and is responsible for the business development, contracts and operations of the company. He holds a top ranker certificate of Pune University in the field of Mechanical engineering. With the experience of having worked with Tata consultancy services, he brings in his experience of power sector from his transmission line hardware manufacturing unit 'KTHL'.
